HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Evinn’s obsession began in 2007 when she enjoyed her first crumpet at The Crumpet Shop in Pike Place Market in Seattle, WA. It was an epiphany moment. Crumpets were so simple and yet so delicious. She needed more crumpets in her life back home.

Upon returning to Rochester, NY there were no crumpets to be found. Evinn began researching recipes and testing them with friends and family. People enjoyed them and Evinn began to dream of having her own shop.

April 1, 2021, Evinn and Bill opened CRUMPETS. It brings them such happiness to share crumpets with their customers.
